- 2 cups Brewed Coffee
- Pumpkin Spice
Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam:
- 2 onz Non-fat Milk
- 2 onz Heavy Cream
- 1/2 tbs Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 tsp Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- Pinch of Salt
Pour the skim milk into a medium bowl, and mix it together with the heavy cream and vanilla. Beat with the help of an electric mixer until the mixture rises and begins to create large bubbles. Once they are well integrated, pour the sweetened condensed milk little by little.
Add the tablespoons of pumpkin puree, the pinch of salt, and the pumpkin spices. If you wish, you can add more sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until well blended, and foam is thicker and forms soft peaks.
In a glass or a cup with ice, pour half of the coffee you prepared. When it is well settled, with the help of a spoon, pour the pumpkin cold foam over the coffee. If you like, you can sprinkle pumpkin spice on top. Now to enjoy!
